Okay– One of my favorite menu items that Carriage House has is the: Smoked Salmon Cheesecake Torte. It is abosolutely scrumptious. I am always asking Chef Jeff to make it. (there is a reason I am not skinny) So great news: He has shared the recipe and I am going to share it with you.
Smoked Salmon Cheesecake
2# cream cheese
1# Smoked Salmon
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
3 Tablespoons Saoy Sauce
1 Cup 1/2 & 1/2
Blend first 4 ingredients until smooth in mixer. Slowly add 1/2 & 1/2 and soy sauce. Pour into plastic lined spring form pan and bake in water bath at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or until set. Cool over night and serve wtih boiled egg, caviar (several types to add color), capers, chives and sour cream.
